A Blended Practice is a therapeutic hatha yoga class which
blends healthy happy back, RFST, gentle and restorative yoga. The
class starts slow with emphasis on breath and range of motion,
moves into gentle strength building poses and finishes with
nourishing supportive restorative poses promoting relaxation,
release of tension in the body and a quieting of the mind. It's an
opportunity to cultivate listening to ones inner self. Students
love how the class moves their entire body. A class for those
looking to restore and energize. No experience is necessary.
