This Vinyasa Flow yoga class provides a centering and
heart-opening practice covering strength, balance, and flexibility
poses. The class, grounded in the fundamentals of breath and
alignment, is appropriate for all student levels: graduates of an
Intro to Yoga course to students with many years of a strong yoga
practice. Basic alignment cues that teach correct body positioning
are fundamental in this class. Emphasis is placed on mindfully
integrating breath with movement, and listening to the wisdom of
your body. Students say this class is challenging, fulfilling, and
transforming.
