Each class is specifically designed by WFS trainers/fitnes instructors. It is a strength class that awakens muscles that you didn't know you had. You will be partnered with another member and will have a limited amount of time to do a specific exercise before the buzzer signals for you to move on the the next round. (Modifications can be provided.) She will teach you proper techniques and form for every day movements, such as balancing, squatting, lunging, lifting, rotating and pulling. Challenge your body with different modalities such as free weights, medicine balls, TRX, and kettlebells. Perform isotonic exercises like bicep curls and chest presses to more complex moves involving multiple muscle groups. Develop strength by using variations in weight, repetition and class structure thereby constantly challenging your body to overcome stress.
