<p>Tap into the power of stillness. This restful practice offers students a series of postures made seemingly effortless through the use of yoga props as supports. Students move very little through class, with a focus on passive stretching and awareness of the breath. Unique sound meditations are offered during class, bringing bliss to both body and mind. </p>
<p>Restorative classes are currently only offered on the last Wednesday of each month. Don’t miss it!</p>
<p>Virtual classes run through Zoom, but you must register through Wellness Living. </p>
