Tap into the power of stillness. This restful practice offers students a series of postures made seemingly effortless through the use of yoga props as supports. Students move very little through class, with a focus on passive stretching and awareness of the breath. Unique sound meditations are offered during class, bringing bliss to both body and mind.
Restorative classes are currently only offered on the last Wednesday of each month. Don’t miss it!
