This class is a 45 minute HIIT class will incorporate all the core moves you have come to love as well as full body strength with plyo and speed incorporated.
3 sets of 5 exercises - in quick sucession to burn calories, build strength and make the 45 minutes fly by!
Find space in your home with a semi-hard surface as some exercises
will be done on the floor. A yoga mat or carpet is recommended as
well as our 12" loop bands, glyders (set of hand towels or
paperplates and bender balls. You can pick those
up here at the gym or on amazon. Check our website out or
