TRX, also known as Total Resistance eXercises, is a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes strong bands developed by a former U.S. Navy SEAL.TRX uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX leverages gravity and your body weight for a total-body workout. You have to use your core stabilizers to work out with TRX, so you build your core, strength, balance, agility and power.
