Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, Unlike yang yoga practice which target muscles groups, yin yoga targets the deep tissues of the body, our connective tissues - bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments. Energetically, the postures stimulate the body's meridian channels or nadis, enhancing flow of chi to the organs and bringing them balance. It is a wonderful complement to our yang practice and offers emotional and mental health benefits too. Gentle music accompanies this class.
