Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare the body for labor and
delivery. We focus on releasing tension that builds up in the body
plus emphasize on the strengthening of the pelvic floor. This
practice is a great way for a mother-to-be to relax and let go of
the stresses that come along with pregnancy.
