Push your limits and unleash your power. This class focuses on advanced pole tricks, tumbles, and dynamic transitions taught through progressive conditioning and technique training.
Each skill is broken down with progressions from the ground up, ensuring you build the strength, control, and confidence needed for powerful aerial movements. Expect to repeat and refine skills over several weeks to truly master them.
Class Structure:
10 min warm-up • 15 min conditioning • 45 min trick/combination
training (3 per class) • 5 min cool down
Examples of Tricks & Progressions: Phoenix, Fonji, Iron X, Handspring Flips, Anchor Holds, Press-Up to Brass Monkey, Butterfly Flip, Iguana Walkover, and more.
