<p><strong>POLE CREATIONS - 75 Minute Class</strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff00da;"><em>***Students MUST be able to hold an outside leg hang comfortably to attend this class.</em></span></strong></p>
<p>This class will taught in a way that includes progressions and conditioning from the ground up in order to be able to perform some of the power tricks and tumbles that will be taught. Each skill will be repeated over a series of 6 weeks depending on how advanced it might be.</p>
<p><span style="color: #e127b4;"><strong><span style="color: #ff00da;">CLASS STRUCTURE</span> </strong></span>10 minute Warm Up, 15 minutes of Conditioning, 3 x tricks or combos taught over 45 minutes, 5 minute cool down.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff00da;">EXAMPLES OF TRICKS & PROGRESSIONS TAUGHT IN THIS CLASS</span> </strong>- Phoenix, Fonji, Iron X, Handspring Flips, Anchor Holds, Press Up to Brass Monkey & Flips out of Brass Monkey. Butterfly Flip, Iguana Walkover </p>
