All Levels Welcome
This class is for your mind and body, we will bring focus to
pranayama, postures and alignment and will offer some modifications
and alternatives should you be a beginner to the practice. We will
spend the time to deepen our knowlege and foundation of the
postures. You will be guided through a variety of traditional
and non-traditional yoga movements to develop functional ranges of
motion and a deeper sense of body awareness. Detailed cuing and
creative sequencing will help you discover new possibilities of
movement. This is a great class if you are looking for an overall
tune up and will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
