All Levels Welcome, but beginners will find this class
challenging.
VINYASA in Sanskrit means 'flow' - alignment of breath and
movement - linking one asana (pose) to the next in a continuous
flow. This promotes internal heat within the body, strengthening
and improving the cardiovascular system, flexibility, muscle and
joint strength & over-all endurance.
You will experience a detoxifying and cleansing for the whole body,
increased mental clarity and a deeper sense of peace, and ease.
