Join in this safe and supportive weekly yoga practice to help alleviate some of the common discomforts and stresses of pregnancy. This semester class brings together pregnant women of all ages and stages; please consult your physician or midwife before beginning prenatal yoga if you have any questions or concerns. NOTE: Everyone registered for the entire session will receive access to a recorded copy of the class each week so you can watch it at a more convenient time or practice again later in the week. Recorded classes can be viewed throughout the session and expire one week after the last class. Drop ins are available for $18/class but the recorded session will not be shared. Drop ins are livestream only.
