Join Jill Palmer, Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and E-RYT 500 Yoga
Instructor, for your home-cleanse via three weekly lessons which
guide you how to use diet, daily habits, yoga, pranayama and
meditation in order to transform your health.
An Ayurvedic cleanse is powerful in that it nourishes rather than
deprives. It is balanced for all constitutions, body-types (or
doshas). It is healing and replenishing to both the body and mind.
Made up of three stages: preparation, cleansing and post-cleansing
(one week for each), this Ayurvedic cleanse removes excess toxins
(ama in Sanskrit) of undigested food and mental impressions.
Symptoms of excessive ama include: Fatigue, digestive complaints,
irritability, stiffness or aching in the body, inability to lose
excess weight, cravings, especially for sugar or processed
carbohydrates, candida, dry skin, rash, or acne, physical or mental
congestion or stagnation.
This course includes three instructional video classes, two live
zoom question and answer sessions, reading materials (as links),
recipes, and an interactive support forum.
The video classes will be provided on January 30, February 6, and
13, 2021 (or within 2 business days for those who sign up after
January 2.)
The two Q&A Zoom sessions will be offered livestream with Jill
on Zoom on February 7 and 21 at 10am. These sessions will be
recorded and provided to all who register.
