Meditation:
A class for all ages and all levels, from the first timer to
the advanced practitioner.
Through breath work and asana practice the student learns to
regulate and balance their energies. Careful attention is paid to
alignment, balance, ease, and strength throughout the whole class.
Beginning with postures that warm and open the body, we move
through energetic flows, accompanied by both standing and seated
postures bringing alignment, openness and grounding.
The purpose of this class is to feel enlivened and centred, at
one with our peaceful selves.
