Move through the equipment list provided by your instructor in
this cardio and strength circuit class. Your teacher will guide you
through the exercises as you circle through a circuit at your mat.
This is a complete, head to toe workout that will leave you
stronger than you when you walked in. Equipment might include TRX,
kettlebells, heavy weights, gliders, bands, and jump rope. If you
don't have all the equipment at home, your instructor will always
offer an option for different equipment or bodyweight
instead!
