This is a 45 MINUTE moderately challenging Pilates mat workout
class taught by Kris. Class will focus on strengthening and
conditioning the core muscles while getting sufficiently warmed
up.
This dynamic blend of movement through both pilates and yoga
increases range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and
abdominal strength.
Pilates benefits body awareness, stronger core, and body
control. Finish off with gentle yet deep yoga stretches and breath
awareness.
This class is somewhat challenging but completely accessible
for all levels
