Pilates is a core-focused, full body workout that lengthens and
strengthens every muscle in your body. Pilates movements focus on
quality over quantity, breath awareness, and prefect posture
throughout.
If you have back pain, poor posture, weak core muscles, or tight or
weak hips, Pilates is a must for your training routine!
Grab your water and a mat. If you happen to have other equipment like a core ball, Pilates ring, light weights, or bands have those on hand as well.
