Asana and The Core 9–11am MST
The myths of abdominal muscles. Tone, stretch or release? That is the question.How to access Navasana, boat pose and its variations. How and where to add mula bandha for the safety of the pelvic floor.
Pranayama and The Core 12–2pm MST
We will explore connections between posture and breath, between form and content. Differentiate clearly Kapalabati and bhastrika. De-mystify uddhiyana bandha, Tadagi mudra and nauli. Ending with deep relaxation to relax the abdominal cavity.
