<p>In this practice, we'll practice quieting the body and mind - bringing them into closer alignment with the soul - through restorative yoga. We'll use props to support our bodies, focusing on 3-4 postures per practice. Once in a physically restful position, we'll use breathwork and meditation to invite our minds to rest as well - restoring our parasympathetic nervous systems. </p>
