Trauma survivors often feel powerless and disconnected to themselves and others. Trauma Sensitive Yoga employs evidence-based techniques such as breathing exercises, somatic movements, and guided meditation to help restore control and empowerment of the survivor.
Join Chantel and Katie, co-founders of Healing Lotus Yoga & Wellness for a Trauma Sensitive Yoga experience. You will be guided through a 45 minute class followed by an information session that will highlight how yogic interventions are being used to support the healing of trauma.
