Virtual Belly Dance (60m) - ALL
LEVELS:
This is an all levels class.
The Belly Dance is identified by
swaying hips, undulating torso, and articulated isolations employed
in a range of dynamic and emotional expressions. Characteristic
movements in the dance include curving patterns, undulations,
lifts, locks, and drops.
Wear comfortable clothing
that you can move in and socks.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
