SOMA + SOUND: Movement, Breathwork + Sound Bath with Jackie Ang
When we live in a state of disconnection, our bodies can become storehouses for unprocessed emotions, experiences and stress. In this series, you will discover tools and somatic practices to connect to the wisdom of the body and learn to approach yourself with greater presence and self-compassion.
This 60 minute practice will move us through 3 phases:
- SOFTEN through stretching & Yin postures
- SOOTHE with gentle breathwork
- ACCEPT, ALLOW, RELEASE in a guided sound meditation with crystal singing bowls.
Appropriate for all levels of movement and meditation experience.
5 weeks / 1 Lunar Cycle (new moon to new moon).
