moon, planets and seasons on the body, mind and spirit, using that
s a guide to which asanas
(yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and
meditation techniques might be helpful in reducing stress,
restoring the body and promoting restfulness and health. A deeply
relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra, guided visualization, or a Reiki
experience will end the class! All Levels are welcome!
