This workshop will begin with 15-20 minutes of a gentle movement practice, before setting up supportive, restorative postures using household props such as couch cushions and blankets, to allow the body to settle and rest. Each restorative posture will be held for several minutes, inviting your calming parasympathetic <wbr />nervous system to engage, reducing stress and manifesting a sense of comfort and peace.
