With two sessions per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) at a cost of
$200 for the month (non-members), you are getting highly
individualized support at a cost of only $25/session.
Details:
This group will focus on full-body resistance training as well
as metabolic work in the form of HIIT. This type of workout will
result in increased strength, healthier cardiovascular and cellular
health as well as body shape changes, when coupled with healthy
eating and lifestyle habits. Access to a rower, indoor cycle or
treadmill is recommended, along with weights or resistance
bands.
