Learn exercises and tools to strengthen and mobilize your toes & feet -- Feel it all the way from your Feet to your Seat (and core!). Stand strong, walk with confidence and find more ease of movement.
**You'll receive handouts and a take-home kit ** Please make arrangements to pick up take home kit in advance of the workshop. If you do not live in the area, please register at least 2 weeks in advance such that we can arrange for the take home it to be sent to you.
