Over a series of four classes you will use the Pilates arc to challenge core stability, build strength, and mobilize your spine. Incorporate functional training and add resistance to intensify simple movements while opening up your hips and moving your spine. Classes will fuse traditional mat Pilates exercises with Arc Pilates to lenghten and strengthen. You will be challenged from head to toe while also feeling your abs in a completely new way!
