Core Boot Camp is our twist on a straight-up calorie-torching class. Cardio training at its best - using primarily bodyweight exercises and calisthenics; NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. A full body workout that will not disappoint.
Our 45' Bootcamp is broken down into 4 segments:
1. Warmup (about 5 min)
2. Timed Cardio Intervals (about 30 min)
3. Abs & Obliques Circuit (about 7 min)
4. Cooldown/Stretch (about 3 min)
