Our intermediate-level students will learn progressions that build on climbs, poses, wraps and dynamic movements such as beats. Students can expect to work on beats into moves, open drops, wheel downs and more.
Level 2 Requirements:
- Strong inversion climb with straight legs
- Clean hip keys/windmills
- Front/Back balances
- Familiar with beats and hip-hops.
- Able to perform 3 inverts in a row
