Beginner's class for young adults under 40 years of age
Get ready to move! This is an introductory class for those new to Iyengar Yoga. In studio. This is not a class for those who have injuries or chronic conditions. Must be healthy and able to jump. There will be two different sections-- Monday evenings and Wednesday evenings, so if you miss your regular class you may make up a class in the other section. Meets weekly for nine weeks.
