For all those who have always wanted to try running but have been afraid to take the first step...this course is for you! It is a 6 week program, in which you walk/ run 3 times a week, as well as get a full 15-20 minute strength and stretch after every class. This is a beginners course will teach you all the basics of running, will take you step by step, from mostly walking to running a 5km, all through beautiful trails in PR. This is a tried and true program I have ran for years. But it takes commitment! If you commit to the full 6 weeks, making all 18 classes, or at least most, you will find yourself stronger, your cardio improved by leaps and bounds and will be running like it has always been part of your life!
