This is our signature class that anyone can take part in. Take on the guantlet of 6 rounds of kickboxing training along with body weight movements to get a cardio burn like no other. Each class experience is a bit different so no repetitious boredom!

Special Instructions

Be dressed in normal workout clothes and the option to wear shoes or go barefoot on the mats is your decision. Please just bring a clean pair of shoes for our mats!
