Join
Kerry for a Yoga Nidra practice designed to induce complete mental,
physical and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic
sleep, is a systematic practice designed to help you withdraw your
senses from the external world so that you can relax in a deep
meditative state of consciousness.
The
workshop will begin with a gentle warm up. Then you will make your
way down on to your back, supported by any props that would improve
your comfort. For the remainder of the class, you will be still on
your back as Kerry guides you through this deeply relaxing
practice.
You
may want blankets, a bolster and an eye pillow but none are
necessary.
