Prenatal yoga classes will focus on maintaining a strong body with movements to strengthen your lower body, manage hip pain, spinal pain by stabilizing your core and glutes, joint stability for comfortable wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. Breath work for hormonal headaches. Prepare for labor with breath work, vocal toning, discomfort practice and birthing positions. Use mantras and breath to clear negative energy and let go into pregnancy/labor. This class is for any level of yogi. Prepare to sweat a little.
