The weekend covers the gentle, calming therapeutic style of practice that restores the nervous system. This training covers a broad range of healing techniques and modalities that can be incorporated into restorative classes, beginning with how to strategically arrange props and sequence the practice to promote an optimum state of renewal and relaxation, and including specialty healing systems to enhance the experience.
