Pregnancy is a time of great excitement, change, and transition. We invite moms in all stages of their prenatal journey to join us Saturday mornings for a prenatal practice that supports the journey into motherhood by nourishing the mind, body, and soul. Each class will focus on cultivating community and guiding moms through the practice of breath work and yoga asana sequences that alleviate common pregnancy symptoms such as anxiety, back pain, and sciatica while also increasing strength and stability, promoting optimal fetal positioning and teaching helpful positions for labor.
