This trick based class will focus on dynamic pole movements, as well as fluid transitions in and out of tricks. YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO CLIMB AND SIT ON THE POLE ALREADY.
Bring a towel for wiping the pole and/or your body. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS. Recommended clothing: Shorts, tank top, t-shirt, sports bra, etc. DO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS!
