Yoga & Meditation for Stress Relief
8-Week Series
Wednesdays | 7:15pm - 8:15pm
In this 8-week yoga series, you
will restore the body and mind, while relieving stress by using
restorative yoga poses, meditation and breathing techniques help
make it easier for you to relax and let go of any unnecessary
tension weighing you down.
This series is excellent for
beginners. Each class will include a restorative
yoga sequence, where you will use yoga props to hold you
in your poses, so you are able to surrender for 3-5 minutes at a
time, and a guided meditation, specifically intended to
help you relax and let go of stress.
With each class, you will also
learn a new stress relieving breathing exercise that you'll be able
can take home with you.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Minimum Enrollment : 3
Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
