Virtual Restorative Yoga & Meditation for Stress Relief

In this 6-week yoga series, you will restore the body and mind, while relieving stress by using restorative yoga poses, meditation and breathing techniques help make it easier for you to relax and let go of any unnecessary tension weighing you down.
This series is excellent for beginners. Each class will include a restorative yoga sequence, where you will use yoga props to hold you in your poses, so you are able to surrender for 3-5 minutes at a time, and a guided meditation, specifically intended to help you relax and let go of stress.
With each class, you will also learn a new stress relieving breathing exercise that you'll be able can take home with you.
Limber Tree invites you to join Laura Marshall, for this 6-week journey of discovering more about yourself while relieving tension, stress, and unwanted negative thoughts.
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instructor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
