If you are wondering how to avoid bone loss and protect your
current bone density, yoga is an excellent practice. Longevity and
health of the bones and muscles of the spine, legs and hips will be
the focus in this class.
Modifications for each student’s ability and condition will be
taught.
The class is open to all.

Connie is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Mental Health Clinician/LMHC with 30 years of experience in providing yoga to a variety of students for the purpose of improved health and well-being. She studies in the Iyengar style of yoga and is a devoted student of both Liz Owen E-RYT500 IAYT and Senior Advanced Iyengar Teacher Patricia Walden with whom she studies weekly. Connie was accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists in 2017 as a yoga therapist.
