This workshop is focused on developing lifestyle practices to promote personal well-being and emotional health. Several strategies including meditation, positive self-talk and healthy mindset will be explored as we discuss ways to reduce stress. Discussion will be followed by a yoga practice designed to promote stress reduction and address emotions. Time for Q&A after practice.
