This workshop is for anyone who wants a regular and consistent home practice or for those who wish to supplement classes with a home practice
The workshop has 5 parts.
- Simple ways to warm up the body
- Teaching Sun Salutation A with guidance on how to modify so that it is more accessible without loss of proper alignment
- Selected standing poses for strength and stability
- Selected poses to cool down the body
- Discussion and Q&A on duration and frequency of home practice
