This class is designed for those who want to learn or review the
basics of ballet.
It will focus on postures, exercises at the barre as well as
movements in the center, all designed to build the core and leg
strength and overall flexibility. By the end of the session, you
will learn to put simple steps together and to move like a
dancer.
We highly encourage taking the entire series from the beginning
as each class will build off of what was learned in the previous
class.
*Please wear comfortable workout
clothes. Ballet shoes are encouraged, but not required. If you
don't have ballet shoes, please wear socks.
