This class is designed for adult beginners. You will learn how to look and move like ballet dancers, and to build the core and leg strength and overall flexibility through the barre and center work. By the end of the session you will be putting simple steps together and dancing to beautiful classical ballet music.
We highly encourage taking the entire series from the beginning as each class will build off of what was learned in the previous class. No previous experience needed!
*Please wear comfortable workout clothes. Ballet shoes are encouraged, but not required. If you don't have ballet shoes, please wear socks.
