Our training system combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It is an intense, full body workout, designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health.
We want to make sure you have everything you need to be successful for your upcoming virtual class!
How will you sign in?
Book yourself into class at least an hour before class starts. You will not be admitted in unless you're already booked in.

Try to find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed, preferably on flat flooring with a mirror in front of you, your yoga mat and water. Props you may want to have on hand include: exercise bands, light handweights and your favorite playlist of music. If you have a small space heater and humidifier, get those going now too, or layer up on clothes!
