Volee is a unique and original workout create by current
owner, Rachel Kowal, and previous V fusion Owner, Vicky Waterman.
This workout combines ballet, TRX, Pilates, and flexibiity
training. It is done completely on custom straps specifically
designed for bare foot training. It is a fan favorite!
