Join Laura Stefankiewicz (Life & Personal Foundation Coach, Yoga Instructor) and Jackie Ang (Mindfulness Teacher, Meditation and Yoga Instructor) for this monthly journey into the seven chakras, creating healing and balance through movement, meditation and sound.
The Heart Chakra
Harnessing the energy of the last quarter moon, we will focus on our Heart Chakra, feeling, releasing and opening to the well of safety and self-compassion that lives in the fourth chakra. Through a gentle Yang/Yin yoga practice, guided meditation, and sound bath with crystal singing bowls, reconnect to the love and nurturance ever present and always available in the heart of your being.
