As we live though a global pandemic, a strong immune system is more important than ever.
Each week the 60 minute class will focus on a different part of the immune system, using a combination of breath work and yoga postures to boost immunity.
This is an active, but gentle practice. No prior yoga experience is required.
Who is this class for?
- Anyone wanting to strengthen their immune system.
- Those living with chronic health conditions, including but not limited to cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
- Those living with autoimmune disorders.
The class will be taught by Fran Healey, RYT 500 , Yoga4Cancer certified and trained in Yoga for Lymphatic Health.
