Be prepared to burn serious calories and work hard in this kickboxing class. You will work with a partner, taking turns stiking and pad holding in different series of drill combinations. You will learn the basics of kickboxing, including srikes and kicks and learn to put them together in many different drill combinations. This class builds upon itself, commitment and dedication will help you learn drill combinations and take your training to a higher level. Takedown Gym has some gloves and pads to borrow, however, due to COVID 19 we strongly reccommend you to purchase and bring your own.
