The pillars of Healthier Habits (sleep hygiene, daily movement, self care and balanced nutrition) are just as important as workouts. Scheduling a regular time to meet with coaches and fellow movers who are also looking to build healthier habits will help you make sustainable changes!
- No extra “membership” is required. You sign up for the class as you would for any of our fitness classes (choose what you pay drop-in or as a monthly contributor).
- It will be based on a 4-week schedule instead of calendar month. A habit in one of the pillars will be introduced each Friday and we’ll focus on that habit until the next class.
- You can start at any time! Doesn’t have to be at the start of a month. And, you can also attend when you are interested in a particular pillar. Here is the schedule we will follow:
- Week 1 - Sleep Hygiene
- Week 2 - Daily Movement
- Week 3 - Self Care
- Week 4 - Balanced Nutrition
- If you can’t attend the class, register and you will get the recording link. Because we want to ensure that this is a safe space for people to share, recording links are only sent to those who register.
- You can request Reward Points for completing 5 days of a habit and bonus points for 4 consecutive weeks of habit-building.
