A little bit of dance, kickbox, and interval training, this class will get your heart pumping and the endorphins flowing! Agility and coordination drills are important for everyone, whether we need to move fast on the field or just navigate the natural dangers in the world around us! We'll sweat as we move together to the beat.
All levels of exercises will be demonstrated for increasing intensity and challenge.
